Monthly rent periods begin on each tenant’s start date and repeat on its monthly anniversary. Existing start dates were initially filled from the rental unit creation date; edit them to the actual tenancy start date.
Rent due & arrears
Balances are calculated per rental period. A payment only reduces the period you select. For a new rent payment, use “Record payment” here so it is linked to the correct tenant and period.
Trade payables Track supplier invoices, due dates, partial payments and outstanding balances.
Export payables CSV Invoices & balances
Payments are recorded against the selected invoice. Outstanding balance is invoice amount minus recorded payments; overdue means the due date has passed and a balance remains. This section is a supplier liability register and does not automatically post entries to income/expense transactions.
